Boutique hotel "Venice in my heart", Moscow

Boutique hotel "Venice in my heart" is located in a historic building (built in 1906). The appearance of this building has its own history: before the architect I.I.Florensky, the owners of the site-dairy merchants (the Orlik family) - set the task: to eclipse the high-rise record of the neighboring eight-storey building No. 19 (the profitable house of the vodka breeder Afremov, 1904), which at the beginning of the XX century was considered one of the tallest Moscow buildings. I.I.Florensky coped with the task: the corner house exceeded the "Afremovsky" by two fathoms. However, no one was impressed by this anymore: there was a world war, a revolutionary explosion was growing, and no one cared about the struggle of dairy traders and the vodka king. Boutique hotel "Venice in my heart" is one of the hotels of the AVITA GUEST COMPLEX. The entrance to the hotel is through the single reception of the AVITA Guest Complex, from the side of Orlikov Lane.
